HEALTHY PLACES TO EAT OUT IN BRIGHTON & HOVE

Regardless of the goal, we all know eating out can at times be quite calorific and it is often easy to overindulge, especially when you are faced with starters, mains, desserts and drinks!
Now, we're not saying you can't eat out and enjoy yourself. You absolutely can. However, if weight loss is the goal or you are tracking food it may be worthwhile to take note of some places/dishes you can choose to help keep you on track, as best as you can.
This whole stretch of coast, from Brighton, Hove through Portslade and into Shoreham are packed with amazing bars, cafes, restaurants and eateries of all kinds.. from the heart of the Laines, past Central Brighton, down Church Road and across the boundary into Shoreham.. there are many incredible places to try out!
We've put together our list of our favourite healthy places to eat in Brighton and Hove when we're out and about. We're super lucky to have such a wide range of restaurants and some of the best in Sussex (and even the country) so if you feel we've left any off the list just let us know the places and the dishes and we'll get them on the list!
