How do we do this?
Well, if we have to put a label on it, we provide job coaching, accommodation consulting, and executive function skills training. But that really doesn’t tell the whole story…

We teach executive function skills to help people figure out how their unique brains work best. This isn’t just an academic exercise—we coach people through practical strategies to implement at work and in daily life. These strategies pay real dividends. They can increase work performance, productivity, and earning potential. More importantly, they also reduce stress and bring a sense of ease, flow, and fulfillment to daily life many people never thought possible.
We believe in the social model of disability which recognizes that we are often impacted by barriers outside our control - like barriers of attitude and environment. Whether you’re a seasoned disability advocate who’s already active in the community or someone with a new diagnosis, we can help you navigate tricky processes like self-disclosure and self-advocacy to build the inclusive environment you deserve.

Founder and Principal Coach
My mission is to help professionals thrive in the workplace and build inclusive teams where individual differences are celebrated as unique strengths, rather than limitations. I specialize in supporting professionals with ADHD, autism, mental health conditions, and more - especially those who work in demanding environments. For me, this is a personal calling. I count myself as one of the 26% of Americans who have a disability.

I've provided job coaching and executive function training to hundreds of professionals, many of whom were facing exceptionally complex challenges at work. Since 2018, I've worked exclusively as a job coach and consultant for employees, accommodation teams, and managers in the tech industry. For those who want a truly personalized, confidential, and expert-led experience, I offer these services as the Principal Coach at VocaWell.

I blend unique experience from my background in social work, job coaching, vocational rehabilitation and corporate DEI strategy, coupled with extensive experience with assistive technology and workplace accommodations to support people with challenges in their work.
​On the programmatic side, I've pioneered some of the most innovative disability employment initiatives in the world. Just a few highlights:

In 2019, I developed a first-of-its-kind program to provide professional job coaching to Amazon employees. This program now serves Amazonians globally, as the Work Wellness Coaching program.
In 2020, I created the Accessibility Partner program to bridge gaps in accessibility for people who are blind, have low vision, or other accessibility barriers.
Supported the design, creation and administration of Neurodiversity and Disability Inclusion Hiring Programs.​
The creation of Amazon’s alternative hiring initiative, grounded in disability inclusion and equality. This program created thousands of job opportunities at Amazon sites across the country for people with disabilities. We created a new, accessible interview process and providing job coaching support to new hires to ensure they had everything they needed to thrive in their new job.
